ANA long reach excavator booms and arms are designed to extend the working range of construction class excavators for deep trenching, dredging, slope finishing, and excavation in hard-to-reach areas. Engineered for stability, control, and safe digging at extended distances, our long front excavator assemblies improve operating reach while maintaining a smooth, balanced performance.
We supply long reach booms and arms for construction-class excavators up to 55+ tonnes, with reach options up to 23+ metres. Every boom and arm is fabricated from high-strength structural steel and welded with robotic precision for strength and accuracy. Long reach kits are NDT tested and delivered as complete, ready-to-install assemblies, including the boom and dipper arm, bucket cylinder, hydraulic lines, pins, and linkage parts. Auxiliary pipework for specific attachments can be added as required.

ANA manufactures Buckets for hydraulic excavators, face shovels, wheel loaders, and underground LHD loaders. We supply custom-engineered buckets for high-productivity digging and loading applications across construction, quarrying, and mining.
Excavator and loader buckets are fabricated from high-strength, wear-resistant steels to deliver extended service life in abrasive and high-impact environments. Designed for efficient penetration, smooth material flow, and excellent load retention, ANA buckets help operators achieve faster cycle times, lower fuel consumption, and increased site productivity.

Excavator pins and bushings are critical components that connect moving parts, such as the boom, arm, and bucket. They allow smooth pivoting and help handle the heavy loads and constant motion of digging operations. High-quality pins and bushings reduce wear, maintain tight tolerances, and extend the life of your machine. Regular inspection and timely replacement are essential to prevent costly damage and maintain performance.

Bolts and nuts are essential fasteners used throughout an excavator to securely connect key components such as buckets, cutting edges, teeth, track shoes, and hydraulic assemblies. Despite their small size, they play a critical role in maintaining the structural integrity and safe operation of the machine under extreme working conditions.
Excavators operate under high stress, vibration, and impact, so bolts and nuts must be made from high-tensile, wear-resistant materials to withstand heavy loads and prevent loosening or breakage. Using the correct grade and type of fastener helps avoid equipment failure, reduces maintenance downtime, and ensures the machine performs at its best.
At ANA Parts, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive solution for securing bolt on edges and cutting blades on earthmoving equipment. Our Plow Bolts and Nuts work seamlessly together to ensure a secure fit and dependable performance. Our products are engineered for excellence, durability, and performance, ensuring that your heavy machinery operates at its best.

The undercarriage of an excavator is one of the most critical systems that directly determines the machine’s stability, mobility, and overall working efficiency. It is designed to support the full weight of the excavator while providing a strong and reliable base for operation in demanding jobsite conditions. The undercarriage is typically composed of track chains, track shoes, bottom rollers, top rollers, idlers, sprockets, and track guards, which work together to ensure smooth movement, even load distribution, and powerful traction on a wide range of surfaces, from soft soil to rocky ground.
High-quality undercarriage components are built with heavy-duty materials and advanced heat treatment to withstand continuous stress, impact, and abrasion. This durability not only extends service life but also helps reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Proper maintenance—such as track tension adjustment, regular inspection of wear parts, and timely replacement—can significantly improve the performance and longevity of the undercarriage system.
As the foundation of an excavator, the undercarriage plays a vital role in maximizing machine productivity and operator safety. Whether working in construction, mining, or earthmoving applications, a well-maintained undercarriage ensures reliable performance, lower operating costs, and improved return on investment.
